chrono just nods as they get on the train. it's a quiet trip. he didn't bring anything beach-ready, either. ]

Marcoh nods awkwardly at Chrono post-trial, somewhere. ]

[ it's bitter. he didn't mean to snap - but the one bit of information he had been able to provide turned out to be useless anyway. and he broke down at the end. ]

...I didn't really know them, either. It was harder to stay angry.

[ He'll say that regardless of what Chrono thinks. ]

There's too many things to consider. Anger is easy. Today was not easy.

How do you stay so calm? I-I thought I knew how, but...

It's easier when it's not personal, and when there are others to be more worried about.

I prefer it that way. To help others stay settled, than get wrapped up too much in my own thoughts.

[ Whichever day is okay because I'm sure either day will be terrible. After the events Marcoh is just going to go simmer and have a quiet one away from everyone to get out of the terrible emotional feedback loop for a hot minute, leaning against a wall and closing his eyes. ]

[ i was gonna say maybe sunday was bad to wait but saturday wasnt all that much better ANYWAY. speaking of simmering

chrono is utterly furious. even when he'd been trying to temper it, press down on the anger until it settles in the background, he's mad. so, unfortunately for marcoh, that's probably the first thing that hits as chrono stumbles upon him. ]

[ He gets it. There's a distinct frown on his face as he feels the onslaught of fury, but he gets it. He's grimly trying to keep his own emotions in check, not get swayed by the anger he's picking up. ]

Chrono.

[ Well he can hardly ask if he's alright, the answer is quite obvious. ]

I'm not happy with how it turned out either.

[ he bites back the desire to snap. it's unfair, to marcoh especially, but that anger spikes regardless. ]

...there was no reason why it had to be him.

[ He doesn't seem to mind at least. He's taking it with grim stoicism. ]

I know. It is unfair -- he's just a kid.

[ He is assuming Chrono means it didn't have to be Akihiko who was forced to kill, and not like, we shouldn't have voted him. The vote was unanimous after all. ]

[ Hey Chrono what is up. Marcoh can be found somewhere late-morning to lunch-ish onwards, quietly having a sandwich or something. His thoughts can be picked up at a certain distance.

...Must be new places, again. I should go look. Don't know what'll help us now, but better than overlooking it. There's not enough hands around anymore. Mm... ]

[ hello mr. marcoh he's out here getting lunch also. those thoughts give him pause, unsure whether he should be intruding at all, but... he'll come over with a salad bowl in his hands. ]

It's kind of hard to want to go look right now, isn't it?

[ Your salad Chrono!!! While Marcoh is neutral on formalities I, me, think 'Mr. Marcoh' is so cute... ]

[ he's a polite and respectful young man!!! it looks like he's been out and about today already - he's in his athletics fit, and his hair is a little flattened. a workout or a run, perhaps. ]

Yeah. I reckon most of us will probably head over there today, still.

[ These places are so huge. They have less than 20 people and they're going to need all hands on deck to scour these places (there's not much to scour). ]

[ it's late morning in the park and chrono's out doing exercises. he's got a folded jump rope in one hand and seems to be stretching.

he startles a little when he spots marcoh, but. raises a tentative hand in greeting. ]

[ Wow, he's staying active! Good for him... ]

Looks like you're doing well fidning stuff to do.

Sure. It's just nice to be out in one of the only places that isn't f- messed up right now.

What're you up to, today?

Not much. Trying to find a routine, in a way.

[ Now that everyone is back... he did go on a morning jog like he used to with Saber and Lucas. He didn't really do that w6 due to, well, you know. ]
