This is a lot of snacks. Are you stocking up for the week?

I'm gettin' a bunch for my roommate an' me while we watch some movies.

[ pauses. also, now that he's less laden, the transformation of the week is more visible - his skin has changed to glasslike along one arm, his upper chest, neck and one cheek. underneath, there's brassy gears interlocking in place of flesh. he's also faintly, but audibly, ticking. ]

I thought more people would've heard about them, even if they didn't watch a lot.

Most of the ones I know are historical.

Yeah, same. I think a lot of places just don't have the technology for 'em, yet? Maybe?

[ shrugs. ]

Historical, huh... Taair said he liked histories, but the kiosk at the store wouldn't spit out any good options.

That's possible. There's such a wide range of people here.

It could be there are too many histories to choose from? With all the different worlds being represented.
