going to town on a ridiculous amount of vegetables. there's already two piles of meat off to one side before anyone else arrives - one beef, one chicken - as well as rice cooking, which is giving off a fresh, enticing smell. chrono barely looks up unless spoken to.

his kitchen skills are practiced, methodological, clearly someone who has done this many times before. though maybe not commonly at this sheer volume.

you can pop in early to help with the preparation, or arrive later when the scent of spices and onions and meat has started overtaking the building. up to you!! feel free to talk amongst yourselves as well. ]

[ flips a second one in his hands, demonstrating how to hold it. picks up a potato. ]

So you jus' put a bit of pressure with the blade here, and pull it down while rotating whatever you're peeling the opposite way.

And you really have to do this every day?

[ leans over to correct his grip slightly, then continues with the demonstration. the first few peels are normal bits, then he decides to show off a little by doing that one long spiral of peel thing. the question does make him smile. ]

Nah, not every day. This isn't the only thing I can make, y'know.

I wasn't saying it was the only thing you knew. I just didn't realize cooking took all... this.

Not everything does, but curry's somethin' best made to share for a few reasons. Help with the prep is one of 'em.

Depends on the demiflora. Like - sometimes Lilies have pink hair to match their eyes, apparently. And not all of us have the coloring, but from what I've read, my hair is normal for Daphnes.

None of the normal people I've met had pink hair, and I don't think they'd want to dye it and look like a target if they leave the Tower.
